public_html/cgi-bin/www-cgi 폴더 내에 있는 CGI 파일들은
모두 인코딩이 되어있는 파일들입니다.
따라서 계정 내에 업로드 하실때, 반드시 바이너리 모드로 업로드해주셔야 합니다.
해당 파일들을 바이너리 모드로 다시 업로드해보시기 바랍니다.
